- → Testing and Estimation charges Rs. 350. 00
- → WeReach Infotech reserves the right to dispose of any equipment which is not claimed by customer within 3 months from recived date to the order form. In such event customer acknowledges. That it shall have no claim against WeReach Infotech in respect of the equipment disposed of.
- → WeReach Infotech is not liable for any loss/damage of said equipment due to situations such as fire, theft. Which are beyond Wereach control.
- → Please notify WeReach Infotech of any discrepancy with the repaired unit while taking delivery.
- → All correspondence will be directed to the customer at the address indicated on the form. Customer shall inform WeReach Infotech immediately in the event of a change of address or telephone number.
- → All disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
